The modernization of the industrial sector requires a long-term structuring policy, aiming at developing a sovereign and diversified economy, said Saturday President of the Republic Abdelaziz Bouteflika.
“I have instructed the government to take stock of the issues and define the main lines of a long-term structuring action with a view to modernizing the industrial fabric to bring it up to international standards of competitiveness and technological excellence”, argued the President of the Republic in a message on the occasion of anniversary celebration of the creation of the Algerian Workers’ General Union (UGTA) and the nationalization of hydrocarbons read on his behalf by the Minister of Justice,Garde Seals, Tayeb Louh.
