Snowfall is expected, as from today, Friday, February, 9th, on the country’s western reliefs, said a statement from the National Office of Meteorology (ONM).
“Snowfall will hit Western reliefs, exceeding 800 meters above sea level”, the statement said.
It is worth mentioning that snow will hit gradually Eastern and Central reliefs as from today too.
The concerned provinces are: Naâma, El Bayadh, Jijel, Bouira, Bejaia, Setif, South of Tlemcen, South of Tizi-Ouzou and Bordj Bou Arreridj.
