Communication Minister Djamel Kaouane stressed Sunday that telecommunications satellite “Alcomsat-1” will open new prospects for the broadcasting activity in Algeria,APS reported.
The launch of the Algerian telecommunications satellite “Alcomsat-1” will open up “new perspectives for the national audiovisual sector especially as it encompasses many channels likely to be digitized,” said Mr. Kaouane, during a press briefing after a working visit to the province.
