The new strategy of the sector of housing, Urban Planning and the City aims at preserving the State’s financial resources by banning the delivery of budgets, allocated to the different projects, to the project managers before completion and approval of the execution studies, affirmed Tuesday, in Algiers, the sectors’ first official, Abdelwahid Temmar.
The same official stressed on this new strategy that aims at preserving State’s financial resources.
