A 5 magnitude earthquake was recorded on Tuesday in the province of Blida at 09:59 p.m (local time), said the Centre for research in astronomy, Astrophysics and Geophysics (CRAAG).
The epicentre of the quake was located 4 kilometers southwest Oued Djer, in the province of Blida, added the same source.
The quake which epicenter was located in the province of Blida has not caused any human or material loss, Civil Protection directorate told APS.
