The president of the Constitutional Council, Mourad Medelci, said, Saturday, in Algiers, that “constitutional control in Algeria has been strengthened” by the introduction of a mechanism that allows individuals to resort to constitutional justice in case of unconstitutionality.
Adding in the same context that this mechanism “will contribute in making more progress in terms of democracy and human rights”.
