Oil exports will be at the center of a meeting between OPEC members and other producers in Moscow this week, Russian Energy Minister Alexandre Novak said on Tuesday.
The ministers of more than half of the OPEC countries, including the Saudi Kahlid al-Falih, will be in the Russian capital for an energy forum, he said at a press briefing.
OPEC and non-OPEC ministers will work on recommendations for the upcoming major producer meeting scheduled for November, he added.
They will hold talks on the quality of the market and the implementation of the framework agreement on production which entered into force on January 1st.
King Salman of Saudi Arabia is also expected in Moscow on Thursday for his first trip to Russia since taking office in 2015.
