Algeria strongly condemn the 2 separate terrorist attacks in Mali


Algeria strongly condemned, on Wednesday, the two separate terrorist attacks that targeted the UN Integrated Multidimensional Mission for stabilization in Mali (MINUSMA) in Douentza and Timbuktu, said the spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Abdelaziz Benali-Cherif.

“We strongly condemn the two terrorist attacks perpetrated against the UN Integrated Multidimensional Mission for Stabilization in Mali (MINUSMA) in Douentza and Timbuktu (Mali), where several people have been killed and many others have been injured,” he said in a statement to the APS.

Mr. Benali-Cherif has presented Algeria’s condolences to the families of the victims and MINUSMA staff “whose contribution to the peace process in Mali we welcome, and assure our solidarity to the government and the people of Mali “.
