On the occasion of the 55th Anniversary of Independence Day, more than 8,500 homes will be distributed across the country, Radio Algerie reported.
The operation has already begun, aiming at nipping housing crisis from the bud.
As a reminder, housing policy is one of the top priorities in the successive governments’ action plan alongside education, health and the environment.
