The Algiers Metro Foundation announced, Tuesday, that it will be free to travel through tramways, metro lines and cable car, on Wednesday, to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Independence Day in Algeria, the Foundation said in a statement.
The Algiers Metro Foundation said “we inform our customers the free mobility on Wednesday, the fifth of July, in which Algerians celebrate the anniversary of independence, through Metro, Tramway and Cable car”.
In the year 2016, the Tramway Algeria was known transportations of 16.6 million passengers; 30 million passengers in the Algiers metro, approximately 10.7 million passengers in Tramway Oran and 7 million passengers in Tramway of Constantine.
