Portugal Football team (the European Champion), led by Real Madrid striker “Cristiano Ronaldo”, have managed, on Wednesday night, to win against Russia, in the 2nd round of Confederation Cup, held in Russia.
Cristiano Ronaldo, who scored the only goal in the 9th minute of the first half of the game, allowed the Portuguese team to occupy the second place in the set.
Mexico is ranked 1st, as this team scored many goals compared to Portugal, while the Russian team is stuck at 3 points only.
Portugal will face New Zealand in the last 3rd round of the group stage.
