Algeria has been chosen as the guest of honor at the Made In Hainaut trade fair, open Thursday, at the Wallers Arenberg mining site in Valenciennes, northern France, according to the APS.
The objective of this two-day fair is to meet and work together as many companies of the Hauts de France, regardless of their sector of activity to develop regional economic dynamics.
It is in this context that the organizers, with the help of the Consulate General of Algeria in Lille, wanted to spend two afternoon round tables on Algeria on Thursday afternoon, with the program “the attractive country: Reasons to take an interest in Algeria “and” Algeria in practice: views on opportunities for partnership and co-production “.
Through this Algerian half-day, the organizers wanted to open the fair internationally, unrolling the red carpet to companies in the north of France, because of the great will of the Algerian authorities for cooperation.
The president of the Algerian Chamber of Commerce and Industry of France (CACI-France), Kaci-Kacem Aït Yala, stressed, with supporting figures, that the economic conditions of Algeria and France, in transition, are favorable for French companies.
He argued that it is time for an economic partnership between both countries that should not be missed, especially for France, drawing attention to the Algerian Diaspora living in France.
