The Congolese Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Jean-Claude Gakosso, hailed, on Monday in Algiers, Algeria’s efforts to resolve the crisis in Libya, highlighting that Algeria plays a significant role in the African continent, African Union, and in particular the Libyan cause, APS reported.
Mr Gakosso, taking part in the 11th meeting of Libya’s neighboring countries, said, as regards the Libyan crisis, that “things are moving in the right direction through the reconciliation between the Libyans “.
In this aspect, the Congolese foreign minister said that “the minister’s tours to Libya in the last few weeks constitute an act of great courage.”
For his part, Messahel stressed that Algeria and its partners are working to implement a political solution, recalling “the Libyans’ determination to move towards dialogue and national reconciliation”.
