The Chief Executive of the national textile company (Texalg) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding, on Sunday, with the representative of the Turkish company Boyner Sanayi A.S to restore the textile factory in Meskiana, the province of Oum-El Bouaghi (east Algeria).
The plant, which will be launched in 2018, located in Meskiana (Oum-El Bouaghi) on an area of 160,000 m2, and is expected to create 400 jobs.
