The National Bank of Algeria (BNA) announced, on Tuesday in Algiers, a new service for the sake of both individuals and businesses, allowing bank customers to carry out almost all their operations via the Web, APS reported.
This service, which will be launched next Sunday, allows the BNA customer to do almost all operations at the level of any agency but also online. These include checking balances, transfers between accounts, history of movements, ordering checkbooks with the possibility of downloading different bank documents and access to courier services.
This service, also known as “BNA.net”, also offers tax remittance service and wage transfers for companies, it was said at the launching ceremony.
According to the BNA’s CEO, Achour Abboud, this service is part of the efforts exerted to modernize, enrich and diversify banking services for businesses and individuals but also to improve the quality of the relationship between the bank and its clients and raise it to international standards.
“BNA.net is an innovative, efficient and flexible solution among many others already implemented in e-banking services, aimed at outsourcing banking services, to better address all customer needs in terms of on-line and real-time transactions via smartphones, tablets and laptops with more security, “he said.
