Algeria to partake in Film Festival of francophone culture, hosted by Cuba

Cuban capital, Havana, will host a cycle of French-speaking cinema from March 18 to 26, with diversified program that is being prepared today to celebrate the legacy of that culture, Prensa Latina reported.
This program includes films, such as “Algeria and Melody”,  “The Cowboys”,  “Domingo (Sunday)”, ‘”Neither Heaven nor Earth” , “Hope” and “Good Luck”, the same source added.
The documentary “Tiga” , will be screened by the director Arnold Antonin, a co-production between Haiti and France.
In the same regard, French ambassador, Jean-Marie Bruno, has declared, recently, to Cuba that the celebration day would as well include activities related to other art manifestations such as dance, fine arts and music.
He said “Francophonie is an expression of an open, diverse and shared world. We are in favor of plurality, of different modes of expression and we will demonstrate it this week”.

Algerian, Canadian, Haitian, Tunisian and French artists will be present at the Havana World Music Festival on 23, 24, 25 and 26 of this month.
