The installation of those members is decided by President of the HIISE, Abdelwahab Derbal, following the meeting of the Authority’s Permanent Commission, in charge of the deployment of the offices across the national territory and abroad.
It is worth mentioning that the HIISE is composed of 410 members, 205 of them are magistrates, proposed by the Supreme Council of Magistracy and the rest (205) are independent members, selected among the civil society.
