World Cup-2010 - Saifi slaps a journalist of « Competition »


PRETORIA (South Africa) - An Algerian journalist from the sports daily « Competition » has announced her intention to file a complaint with Fifa after being slapped Wednesday by the striker Rafik Saifi in the interview area after the 2010 World Cup match lost against the United States," she told AFP.

  •    The journalist, Asma Halimi, was slapped on the right cheek by the player in the area of interview before she even replicates by a slap according to an AFP journalist.
       "I will complain to Fifa. There were many witnesses of the scene," she said, explaining that "she does not know the precise reasons for the wrath of the player of Istres (France).
       "I wrote an article about him some time ago, maybe did he not been satisfied," added Asma Halimi who was heard by FIFA officials.
       The player who was accompanied to the exit of the stadium by members of the Algerian leadership could not give his version to AFP.

saifi has brought a shame for the national team ,the news has spread all over the world.
